The FSN of the Sandhills Advisory Council is composed of parents who have children with special needs, service providers working with families, dedicated community leaders and others who are interested in improving the lives of families who have children with special needs. The Advisory Council meets four times per year to advise the Program Staff for FSN of the Sandhills.
